Parcel Opening Video Requirement

📹 Mandatory Video Documentation

Before opening your parcel, you must record a continuous, unedited video showing:

  • 360-degree full view of the sealed parcel before opening
  • Clear visibility of shipping labels and packaging condition
  • Continuous recording without pausing or cutting
  • Full unboxing process from start to end
  • Clear view of the product and any issues encountered

Note: Complaints without proper video documentation will not be entertained.

Exchange & Return Policy

⏰ 7-Hour Return Window

Exchange and return requests must be initiated within 7 hours of delivery. You must inform us via WhatsApp or Instagram within this timeframe.

🚚 Return Courier Information

• Return customers are responsible for self-courier for certain products
• Customer bears the cost of new courier for returns
• Pickup courier costs apply for some return scenarios

❌ No Cancellations After Payment

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

Stock Availability & Order Confirmation

Important: Occasionally, some items may sell out quickly. Please:

  • Check product availability in the description before ordering
  • Confirm stock availability on WhatsApp or Instagram before placing your order
  • Select alternative products if your preferred item is sold out

We reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items and provide full refunds.

Product Appearance & Color Variation

Product colors may vary slightly from the pictures shown on our website due to:

  • Different lighting conditions during photography
  • Variations in monitor display settings
  • Natural variations in product materials

Color variations due to these factors are not considered product defects and are not eligible for return.

Article 13 - Delivery and Execution

The entrepreneur will exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing product orders and when assessing requests for the provision of services.

Delivery Address

The place of delivery is the address provided by the consumer to the entrepreneur. Delivery will be made exclusively to a delivery address specified by the consumer in the Netherlands. Billing addresses outside the Netherlands, but within the EU, must be submitted via customer service.

Delivery Timeframe

Subject to the provisions of Article 4 of these general terms and conditions, the entrepreneur will execute accepted orders expeditiously, but no later than within 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed.

Delivery Delays

If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the consumer will be notified of this no later than 30 days after placing the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement free of charge and is entitled to any compensation.

Refund Process

After termination in accordance with the previous paragraph, the entrepreneur will immediately refund the amount paid by the consumer.

Risk Transfer

The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the entrepreneur until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a previously designated representative made known to the entrepreneur, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products used, worn, or altered after delivery
  • Color variations due to lighting or monitor differences
  • Personalized or custom-made products
